Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free and have never tested on animals. While many of our products are already vegan, we are currently transitioning our entire portfolio to be 100% vegan certified by the Vegan Society.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your products within 45 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some items may be excluded.
